A licensed clinician reviews your medical information, determines eligibility, and makes all treatment and prescribing decisions. If approved, your medication is prescribed and shipped directly to you.
3. Ongoing Support from Cleanse
Cleanse provides education and ongoing support throughout your program, working alongside your clinician-supervised care.

Clinician-supervised GLP-1 medical weight loss programs are available for qualified individuals. Options may include semaglutide and tirzepatide. A licensed clinician reviews your medical history, determines eligibility, and makes all treatment and prescribing decisions through our telehealth partner.

A range of peptide therapies is available through our telehealth partner for qualified individuals. Clients select the peptide therapies they are interested in, then complete a medical intake for review by a licensed clinician. The clinician determines eligibility and whether the selected therapy is medically appropriate.
Pricing & Billing
Program pricing and payment are handled directly through our telehealth partner’s secure platform. Cleanse does not process payment for prescription medications or medical services. Pricing varies by medication or therapy selected. HSA and FSA cards may be accepted at checkout.
