How many colonic sessions does one need?
One session is a great first step, but how many you need depends on your goals, digestive health, and lifestyle. Your therapist will talk through recommendations with you at your first visit.
How often should I have a colon hydrotherapy session?
Everyone’s needs are different. We generally recommend a series of 3 sessions to start, so you can see what colon hydrotherapy does for your body. Many regular clients then move to a maintenance schedule of once a month to once every three months.
Do I need to fast before a colon hydrotherapy session?
No, fasting isn’t required. If you’re experienced with fasting, it can be a helpful pairing. If you’ve never fasted before, we recommend trying a session first. We do suggest avoiding food for 1-2 hours before your appointment.
Is colon hydrotherapy painful?
No. Most clients find sessions more relaxing than they expected. Following our dietary guidance for 36-48 hours before your appointment can help minimize any discomfort.
How long does a colon hydrotherapy session take?
Your first visit runs about 75 minutes, including a consultation, the session itself (30-50 minutes), and a wrap-up conversation. Follow-up visits are typically booked by the hour.
What can I expect afterward?
Most clients feel lighter and more energized. Everyone’s experience is a little different, so your therapist will give you personalized guidance based on your session.
Does Cleanse offer GLP-1 or peptide programs directly?
Cleanse partners with a licensed telehealth provider for GLP-1 and peptide wellness programs. We handle the introduction and complementary wellness services; all medical evaluation and prescribing happens through our partner. See our Medical Weight Loss & Peptide Therapies page for details.
I can’t find a service I used to book — did you stop offering it?
We periodically refine our service menu. If something you’re looking for isn’t listed, reach out to our team or visit our Services page — we’re happy to point you to the closest current option.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing you can easily change out of. Each suite is private with its own bathroom, so you’ll have space to change and full privacy throughout your visit.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend booking ahead online to guarantee your preferred time, though we’re happy to accommodate walk-ins when availability allows. Call us at (651) 207-4059.
